THE DGLFF IN 2013

Founded in 2011 as the first city-based LGBTI film festival in Africa, the Durban Gay & Lesbian Film Festival (DGLFF) has successfully held two festivals so far and will be holding the 3rd annual DGLFF at the KwaZulu-Natal Society of Arts (KZNSA) Gallery in Durban, South Africa. The festival is organised by festival director Jason Fiddler. Proceeds from the project will benefit both the KZNSA and the KwaZulu-Natal Gay & Lesbian Tourism Association (KZNGALTA), respectively. There are two components to the DGLFF: a visual arts exhibition and the film screenings: The visual arts exhibition will open on Tuesday 11 June and close Sunday 30 June. The screenings will take place from Sunday 16 June and run until Sunday 30 June 2013.
